The Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at West Virginia University is seeking a Program Director for the Intensive English Program (IEP) in the Department of World Languages, Literature and Linguistics (WLLL) . The Program Director will be responsible for managing the financial activities and the day-to-day operations of the IEP.

Responsibilities: The Program Director will directly supervise the IEP staff and provide oversight on all fiscal issues including, but not limited to, budget, general ledger, tuition development, tuition assessment, account receivables, general ledger, procurement and accounts payable, payroll and human resources, embassy relations, financial commitments and visa requirements.  The Program Director will provide daily oversight, support and guidance for the staff of the IEP on all fiscal, enrollment and student and faculty recruitment matters and must have excellent communication skills

Qualifications/Experience: The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred. The candidate will possess, at minimum: five years of experience in accounting and business operation management and utilization of technology including spreadsheets and databases.
