Please note that there are two positions availible.

Description of Duties:

40% – provides and maintains security of grounds, buildings and equipment; check all buildings following procedures, securing windows, checking building temperatures, running water checks, etc. 40% – set up meeting rooms, set up AV equipment, required to lift and/or move equipment, supplies, furniture, podiums, etc.; clean and maintain the interior appearance of all building including classrooms, offices, public areas, etc; empty and clean waste receptacles. 20% – perform general maintenance duties in carpentry, painting, and mechanics as instructed such as minor furniture repairs, replacing shingles on roof, resetting breakers and fire alarms, repairing leaks, unclogging drains and commodes, maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Required Education/Experience:

18 months of vocational training beyond high school and 1-2 years of experience

This position also requires:

  • Background Check
  • Driver’s License

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience directly related to the requirements of the job is acceptable.
