The Institutional Research and Reporting Specialist.3/Institutional Research Analyst requires excellent skills, the ability to work in a team environment, the ability to communicate effectively with departmental staff members, have the ability to complete and understand surveys for WVU as well as to analyze their content. The position also requires the ability to work on complex projects that support the Registrar’s Office, the Office of Enrollment Management, the Provosts Office and various academic schools.
To qualify for this position you must have a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or social science discipline along with two years of experience working in a research university environment, working with analytical and statistical software packages, working with survey instruments and understanding sound research design on both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and experience contending with human resources data and/or business processes.
