The Institutional Research and Reporting Specialist Senior.2/Senior Institutional Research Associate is responsible for statistical analysis and supporting programming efforts for standard reporting utilizing data from the institution’s primary business systems, the student system and financial/human resources system. This position must be able to perform complex statistical analysis and develop reports that effectively communicate the results of such analysis to senior administrators, faculty and other key stake holders. In addition, this position provides decision support to institutional officers regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, graduates, personnel and various productivity measures.
Position requires a Master’s degree in a quantitative or social science discipline along with three years of experience working in a research university environment, working with analytical and statistical software packages, working with survey instruments and understanding sound research design or both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and experience in contending with human resources data and/or business processes.
