Morgantown, West Virginia has time and again been recognized as one of the greatest small towns in America, and there’s no wondering why. With a population of just over 31,000, Morgantown has an undeniably small town feel. But throw in an additional 30,000 students and you have a fast-paced, bustling city.

With a unique mixture of urban and rural life, Morgantown offers every amenity and opportunity you could imagine – and there’s more to see every day. The area has experienced rapid growth for the last 20 years, with new restaurants, schools and shopping cropping up all across town. And because of this consistent growth, Morgantown is also home to some of the lowest unemployment rates in the state.
