Under immediate supervision, coordinates the activities and provides lead supervision for a crew of Food Service Workers, Food Service Assistants, and PT employees. Prepares quality specialty food items for various food service operations. As a Dining Services’ Lead Worker, this position may be assigned to various operations as dictated by operational need.
